As a professional with experience in helping individuals struggling with alcohol and other substance abuse, I utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients in identifying triggers to use and finding healthier coping skills. Together, we will work towards increasing emotional regulation and distress tolerance without relying on substances. I am also experienced in helping loved ones who are struggling with watching their family or friends use substances.
