A little bit about Brooke
Brooke Morgan, M.Ed., LPC-MHSP, NCC
Brooke is a Vanderbilt University-trained therapist specializing in eating disorders and substance use disorders. Evidence-based treatment may incorporate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and accountability-based goal setting. Brooke specializes in adults, college students, and young adults navigating early-stage or long-term eating disorders, as well as adults managing substance use and trauma. She collaborates with physicians, dieticians, and psychiatrists to provide structured, consistent care.
She provides a direct, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to therapy that prioritizes change.
What to expect during your sessions
We offer in-person and online therapy sessions for ages 12 and older. In-person sessions occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Green Hills / Belle Meade location in Nashville, TN, conveniently near Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and Lipscomb University. Online therapy sessions are also available for those in Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, and Nevada. A standard session is 50 minutes in length and is private pay.
