Eating Disorders and Body Image

Are you struggling with eating, body image, or distressing feelings surrounding food?

Are new restaurants your worse nightmare? Are you finding yourself laying awake at night planning what you are going to eat tomorrow? Do you wish that your brain wasn’t filled with calorie counts and that you could enjoy your food as you see others around you doing? Does going clothing shopping fill you with a sense of dread? Transforming your relationship with food into one of joy and contentment is possible. If you're struggling with disordered eating or negative body image, I'm here to help. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, along with a collaborative approach, I will strive to empower you to create a healthy relationship with food and your bodies. I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens and believe that all foods fit. I also offer support to family members impacted by eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID.
