What to expect during your sessions

We offer in-person and online therapy sessions for ages 12 and older. In-person sessions occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Green Hills/Belle Meade location in Nashville, TN, conveniently near Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and Lipscomb University. Online therapy sessions are also available for those in Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, and Nevada. A standard session is 50 minutes in length and is private pay.
