FAQs
Do you take insurance?
BMC does not currently take insurance. I can, however, provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly to inquire about reimbursement.
What ages do you see?
I see clients as young as 16 years old through the lifespan.
Do you offer couples and family therapy?
Yes! Brooke is happy to work with couples and works from a Gottman framework, having completed Level 1 Gottman training. Brooke also does family therapy on a case by case basis. Please contact us with questions and/or to get scheduled.
What is your contact information?
Visit the contact page for current email address, phone number, and location.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require cancellations to take place at least 24 business hours in advance of your session’s scheduled start time. Barring emergencies, if cancellations take place less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full session fee.
What is your approach to therapy?
BMC believes that recovery is possible in every life stage. My approach to therapy is to provide directive, person-centered care to clients of all backgrounds and identities. I also work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework.
How quickly can I start?
As soon as you want! I strive to get clients scheduled within a week of contact when I have new client availability. If my caseload is currently full, you will have the option of getting on a waitlist or reaching out to one of the referrals that I will provide for you.
